- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just had our first experience at Concord Animal Hospital. We brought our very sick hedgehog to Dr. McCullough who was outstanding. She quickly diagnosed the problems--a skin infection and bad mites--and gave us a lovely concoction of antibiotics, painkillers, and skin treatment. 24 hours later, our hedgie is eating and drinking again like normal. I highly recommend Dr. McCullough and the Concord Animal Hospital. It's rare that vets have that kind of expertise for small, exotic pets. As a side note, Dr. McCullough really went above and beyond: she consulted an exotic pet specialist about our Hedgehog AND she invited us to take part in the diagnosing process by looking at the mites under a microscope!July 25, 2017by Amy Smith
